NEHOO Cold Therapy Pad for Shoulder, Attachment for Ice Therapy Machine, Including 2 Extra Female Connectors

This has been a godsend as I recover from rotator cuff surgery. I borrowed the water reservoir with pump from a neighbor, and used water to the min line with frozen water bottles to keep the water cold. The pad fits well and covers the surgical area fine. The elastic straps that came with this work well for strapping this pad in place. My only problem is that i cannot connect or disconnect the shoulder pad because the connectors to the tank holding the water fit too tightly. This means I won’t be able to use this after my son goes home since I live alone.

My husband used this only a couple of times. When he tried to use it again (after owning it a year) it was full of holes and the seams leaked. I’m glad it is no longer available. It is not wellMade.

I can see how they tried to make this like the original but the bands it comes with are may too long, the product itself is too thin and doesn't stay in place. I wish I would have never ordered it. I ended up getting the same brand the cooler came with and yes it was more money but worth it instead of wasting money on something that doesn't fit and work properly.

The generic pad that came with my Donjoy ice machine was too big, awkward, and didn’t work well for my shoulder. This replacement is large but much better than what came with my machine. I’ve used it almost every day, up to four times a day. I couldn’t be happier that I bought it.The only downside is that I have used it so much that the Velcro no longer sticks to the pad so I’ve had to improvise a solution.

I had a sacroiliac joint fusion done 12/23/20 which requires ice ice ice! A nice neighbor on Nextdoor gave me the base unit and this pad allows for probably 4-5 hours of cold therapy without the mess of leaky ice paks, or having to remember 20 min on, 40 min off...you can just leave it on! My husband especially loves this since he was the bringer of ice. Quick tip, instead of using ice in the cooler part, buy little water bottles, freeze them, then fill cooler w water. Completely reusable!

I purchased this pad for post-rotator cuff surgery, because my original Ossur sleeve had developed a fungus from not having dried it completely after its original use a year ago.The NEHOO shoulder pad worked very well with my Ossur unit. The three positioning straps kept the pad in place nicely. I hung it hoses down to drain and dry after it was no longer needed.

The device works well but it’s a bit tricky to get on and take off. It does a good job of icing down your shoulder once you get it on.

This product paired great with my iceman cooling system. Very comfortable pad and works well for my shoulder. I did have to return the first one they sent me because it leaked, but Amazon and the manufacturer were great with getting me another one and the second one had no issues.
