Great Hand Strengthing Kit
Love this kit! Comes with a little booklet of exercises/examples with each item. Everything seems very durable as well. Got this for my boyfriend that broke his hand, and is now recovering his strength. He has large hands and everything works well for him.

Great for hand exercises
As someone who works at a desk all day, I've always sought out tools to alleviate any strain or discomfort from repetitive motions. The Hand Grip Strengthener 7 Pack Adjustable Hand Gripper is an absolute game-changer. From its affordability to its functionality, this set exceeds expectations on all fronts. First and foremost, the price point is unbeatable. For a comprehensive set containing seven items aimed at improving hand strength and flexibility, it's an absolute steal. Each item is thoughtfully designed and serves a unique purpose, making it a versatile addition to any fitness or practice regimen. Upon receiving the set, I was impressed by the meticulous packaging. Each item comes neatly wrapped, ensuring its safety during transit. Additionally, the inclusion of a storage bag adds further convenience. Its compact size allows for easy transportation in a backpack or purse, making it ideal for on-the-go use. The functionality of each item is where this set truly shines. The hand gripper provides adjustable resistance levels, allowing for gradual progression in strength training. The finger stretcher resistance extensor bands offer a dynamic way to improve finger dexterity, while the finger exerciser targets specific muscle groups with precision. Moreover, the grip strength ring and stress relief ball offer versatile options for various hand exercises. This set excels in stress relief and pain management. The ergonomic design and varied resistance levels make it suitable for individuals dealing with hand pain or conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome. Personally, I've found immense relief from using these tools regularly, experiencing reduced tension and increased flexibility. Lastly, the aesthetic appeal of the grey and black color scheme adds a touch of sophistication to the set. It's a subtle yet stylish choice that complements any workout or practice space. In conclusion, the Hand Grip Strengthener 7 Pack Adjustable Hand Gripper is a must-have for anyone looking to improve hand strength and alleviate discomfort. With its affordability, functionality, and portability, it's a wise investment for long-term hand health and performance enhancement. Highly recommended.

Very good set for smaller-handed people
These pieces all seem to be well-made. There aren't any unduly wiggly or rattly parts on the mechanical pieces, and the silicone (etc.) pieces seem durable. For me personally (5'1" female), they're 5 stars. I only knocked off one star because the floppy and squishy pieces are very small, and so are not suitable for every hand. A man with average sized hands, or even a woman with larger hands would have difficulty getting their fingertips into the finger spreader things. Yes, they would theoretically stretch to accommodate all size fingers, but having to stretch to get each finger in its hole would be a time suck. The ball and the ring are similarly small. They fit great in my hand, but I just don't see them being really useful for a hand much larger than mine. I don't know what all the pieces are called, but I'll do my best to give some measurements. 1. The standard mechanical gripper thing that looks like a garden hose handle is standard-sized compared to others I've seen over the years. I really like that the tension on it adjusts. I'm starting out with it all the way to the easiest (just keep turning the knob on the front). 2. The other mechanical thing with the individual finger springs is the same size as the one at my physical therapist's office, so I think it's pretty standard, too. 3. The firm, rubbery, squeezable ring measures 2.75 inches (~6.75cm) at its widest. Of limited usefulness to anyone with a larger hand than mine (which measures 6" or 16cm from wrist to tip of middle finger, if anyone cares, LOL). 4. The ball is a squishy thermoplastic stuff. It measures about 1.25 inches (~4.5cm) in diameter. It's a great feeling ball, but again, very very small for anyone who doesn't have a small hand. For those with a larger hand, it would be good for using between fingers or between thumb and fingers, but not so much for a full-hand grip. 5. The silicone things with the 5 finger holes... There are 3 of them in 3 different strengths. One is easier to spread, the second is harder, and the third hardest. I think it'd be a drag to stretch each hole to adjust it around each individual finger, but maybe I'm just lazy. You do you. LOL All in all, a sturdy and effective set of hand-strengthening tools--for small people like me. ;o)

A good selection of devices to help with hand injuries
I have a hand injury and am working with a physical therapist. There are a variety of gadgets designed to help with hand issues. He had me try some in this office, but I want to give them more of a try at home. This little kit is inexpensive, and has a good selection of devices. The quality is good, and I have found most to be beneficial. Price, quality, and benefit had me award 5 stars.
