18 cm./7 1/8" (blade length) kasumi usuba kamagata made in Japan by Sakai Takayuki. The blade is Yasuki white steel and is not stainless. It must be cleaned and dried after use to prevent staining. The handle is wooden with a water buffalo horn bolster.
