Great popcorn maker
Works very well. Happy with my purchase my son put it together. Feely easy to assemble. Doesn't make any noises all you hear are the popcorn kernels popping.

Popped corns
Only massive issue I found was putting it to gather instructions are pretty much useless but once you get it going it's not really that bad.it was a gift they really enjoy it. But I did put it together lord knows I'm not the smartest man on the planet but better assembly manual would go along way.

Do not back their products.
I purchased this item less than a month ago. It did not come with a manual. I sent an email to have one emailed to me; I received no response. A day or two later I requested the same through the manufacturer’s website. Again, no response. There is no phone number on their website for customer service.

Makes good popcorn
I bought this to replace a plastic one that broke when I dropped it. This one has glass panels which is nice. Also the popcorn kettle is stainless steel which is also very nice. My previous one had a no stick coating that was worn. This one does not have any coating that is going to get damaged.I like using the warmer switch to preheat and melt the solid butter/oil that is in a NAKS pack. I put my NAKS pack in the bottom of the popcorn machine an hour before I want to use it and turn on the warmer. When I comeback an hour later the hard oil is all melted and ready to pour into the kettle.The red print on the popcorn buckets starts to bleed. I did not buy the machine for it's popcorn buckets so I did not take off any stars for this.Overall, I would say this is a very durable long term purchase.
