First time trying sprouted nuts. My research led me to sprouted nuts/seeds as a way to reduce the anti-nutrients and increase absorption of the goodness in nuts/seeds. I have almost consumed the entire bag over a month or so and can say that 1) I prefer the taste of these over regular organic (it has a bit of a softer and sweeter taste yet still very crunchy) and 2) I notice that my joints don't swell the day after eating sprouted items. To me that is proof of the anti-nutrient reduction claim the reserach talks about. Highly recommended.

I have these on subscription! they have a unique, wonderful caramel-like flavor, similar to a dry roasted pecan but fresher somehow. The quality is pristine - never any bad ones to weed out, never any shell bits. LOVE THEM

I love sprouted nuts! The soaking removes some of the harsh outer layer.

These are horrible. They are stale and hard. I spent the extra money because I have been craving a good fresh pecan. This is not them! They are not returnable either. Mine are going into the trash.

We always order organic and fresh and raw nuts. These pecans are wild sourced from areas where the trees are not farmed, they are not treated with pesticides, and are natural. The nuts are a little smaller than your typical pecans, but the flavor is unbeatable.

This review is for a 2 pound bag I ordered on Oct 8th (label says it was bagged 9/2024 and best by 3/2026).The nuts seem a bit smaller than average, but they do have a VERY prominent pecan taste and smell. The texture is also more crunchy than average, though I'm not saying they've been roasted. Lastly, I do not see any signs of mold, which is usually evident by blackening near the point where the two halves were originally connected.I think these are probably some of the best pecans I've had. I usually eat a couple dozen with my daily snack of blueberries, which is something I've done for many years. Also, I typically buy organic raw pecans. So, I think my statement about the quality of these nuts probably counts for something!
