The picture shows steel rods as supports. But actually came with recycled plastic flimsy supports. May not hold on if the four trays are stacked up and files loaded in all trays.

It wasGood but not that much awesome product

(Just reviewing here on Amazon; I bought from local shop to avoid shipping cost) - Even though the price is on higher side, it is a value buy at this price-point. - It has a large tray suitable for very large registers/books and then some more. - Sturdy build quality. Omega lives up to the brand name. - User-friendly features like no sharp edges, slant at the font so papers don't slide off. - All 4 trays can be separated, so I am using 2 sets of 2 trays each. - Sturdy build of the connecting pillars. Easy to fit and snug. Do not come off easily while using or moving it so no chances of trays falling off. A closeup photo shows the fitting. Extras not provided Would be good to provide 4 extras even it means a very slight increase in cost. - Easy to clean with a regular brush and dry quickly. - The height between each tray is quite nice. To get an idea see the photo comparing tray-connectors with a pen and a regular cutter. Feedback to improve: - Like me there may be others who are buying locally to avoid shipping cost. I bought it without paying shipping and still a few bucks cheaper than online. Please find some way to provide it with free shipping. - Can work a bit more on the smooth fitment of the tray connectors. Also, make those a bit stronger just in case
