This is a great karaoke songs machine, easy to use and worth every penny. Had issues with the machine when received (something it cannot be fixed on my end) contacted the seller and seller is VERY responsive, he immediately sent me a new one and received in 2 days. A very trustworthy seller!

You cannot block the vocals with any songs. The screen goes back and forth from normal and total pink. When you try to return it they do not accept returns! You have to call Amazon to create stink and they had to step in. Is spend a ton of money Amazon so they decided to take the loss.

I purchased this Karaoke machine few months ago and I am very happy with this machine so far. The customer service is excellent. I contacted the seller directly with questions twice after I purchased the machine and each time I got a quick response and very helpful too. The money I spent on this machine is well worth it.

The machine I brought seemed not working property after 3 months, however the office shipped me a new replacement unit promptly which is perfectly working fine without any issue at all upon the manufacture warranty. They have provided the excellent customer services after sales.

Has the actual music videos for some songs too!Can connect to the phone- in settings, connect to the web settings instead of wechat and it will be faster.This is just the Karaoke machine with the media in it - u will need to buy microphones and mixer/sound system all separately. If you are looking for all in one karaoke - this isn’t it.

Just received the karaoke machine yesterday, and plugged it in and tested all it's functions etc. Relatively simple to use once you get the hang of how to search for songs/artists.Lots of great songs to choose from, many of which have the music video and/or live version of the song, but there are some that use a more generic karaoke style background. Video quality on a lot of the videos are great, a few fuzzier ones but nothing I didn't already expect when purchasing.I had an issue with switching between analog and digital for the songs, but the seller was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Got it fixed within the hour. Thank you and I can't wait to use this at my next party!

Latest version, 4TB of data, easy to use, high quality.Cloud adding songs is extremely easy, just pick the song & it do the rest.USB adding is not perfect though. After the add, songs will be inside a special location of the disk. But can't use the system to find them. Will ask the seller when I have time later.
