I bought this little pink heating pad on a whim, and it turned out to be one of the best $20 purchases I’ve made! It heats up quickly and has 3 different levels, which is perfect depending on how intense your cramps or back pain are. The vibration massage is a nice bonus too—it’s not super intense, but it does add a soothing touch.It’s portable, charges fast, and doesn’t slide around when I’m moving. I love using it while working from home or laying on the couch. The only con? I wish the battery lasted just a little longer on the highest setting. But honestly, for the price and the relief it brings, it’s totally worth it.Highly recommend this for period pain, lower back tightness, or just staying warm on chilly days!

Bought this for my daughter for this monthly visits! She loves it. Loves that you can easily hide it under your clothing, she loves that it gets warm but not to warm and also loves the vibrations.

I need this for my back and predominantly use it when I’m vertical. It charges easily and quickly. The heat adjustment is good and the vibrator works well. My only complaints are that the casing is hard plastic and uncomfortable if you’re using it on your back and you’re laying down. The belt is incredibly cheap stretch material and the plastic connector is really poor quality.

I took this on vacation and it worked pretty well! They call it a heating pad, but it’s quite small, so using it for a bad back or other large areas of pain won’t work. However, I pulled a muscle in my upper back/neck and the pulsating massage with heat was enough to make it feel much better. It has 3 heat levels and 3 massage patterns and it can be held in place with your hand, a pillow, an ACE bandage, etc. If you have the need for something like this, I think you’ll be happy with this brand. It also comes in 3 colors and is rechargeable, so there are no batteries to worry about.
