Will these work on a small engine like a tecumseh H70?

I am not familiar with that particular engine but I assume it is a very small bore. I used this tool on a BMW motorcycle with a 94mm bore and it worked great. Years ago when I had McCulloch go-cart engines, I installed piston rings by hand
