This is a well made and beautiful artificial tree. It is simple and intuitive to assemble and takes no time to put together.

I wouldn't get a lit tree with all the issues folks have with all lit trees. But the unlit tree looks great and very few needles fell off. Looks pretty full when fluffed up too. Wish it was cheaper but quality costs money.

The tree is not as full as it was advertised. I am extremely disappointed with it . After hanging the decorations it is NOT what I was expecting. Also , the top section on the tree looks like it doesn’t go with the rest of it . Now I’m stuck with a $900 tree . I’m not about to take the decorations off of it at this point because I like my tree to be up and ready for Thanksgiving . I’m pretty sure a refund or credit will be out of the question. Stay away from this one . It’s a $900 mistake. I had to give this product a one star rating which it certainly does NOT DESERVE. But my review won’t be accepted unless I give it a star .

This was my first Balsam Hill Christmas tree. The lights were perfect. The tree was pretty, but the shape wasn't quite right. It stuck out on the right side, close to the top, and bothered me because it made the tree look out of proportion. It was an easy return. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. A few weeks later I ordered another tree and it was perfect! I was very happy and we enjoyed the tree very much.

It looks good after decorations are on it, when its just the tree, you can see the central stem, pine needles are not as thick as the picture, no matter how much branch fluffing you do, wires for led lights are visible towards the center of each branch. Only a few inches of the tip is molded to look real the rest towards the base of each branch are standard fake needles.

It definitely has the “real feel” look to it and was exactly as expected as far as looks. I just hoped it had looked like the picture. Although nice looking it had gaps in the middle despite fluffing thoroughly. Some of the limbs were also a bit too short and the gap on the bottom was less full than in picture. I would still recommend the tree for the look.

We needed a Christmas tree quickly and we were so pleased how quickly it arrived. The tree was easy to assemble and it’s sturdy. The size is just right for our space. Our ornaments look great on it.
