Works so well that I might have to get a second one
I use this to check the temperature when I make soaps, lotions and similar products. Very stable, easy to read, accurate, and I don't have to worry that it will slid acrylics the pan or fall in and get lost under the surface of the liquid I'm working with.

Kitchen Aid Product
I bought this product since I sometimes need more than one thermometer to test meats I'm making. I do have another one that is a larger dial but liked this one since it was smaller. I prefer Kitchen Aid products since I have had some for over 25yrs showing the quality of their products. Using this to test the accuracy I used this one and 2 others I have had for numerous yrs and I found it to be totally accurate with the comparison. It's easy to use and performs as expected. Since it's a Kitchen Aid product I feel it's a great quality product. I like the cover to keep it in. I would recommend this since it's a great quality made product at a great price. I purchased 2 and gave one to a bride to be.
