when the size says 14-17" at the kneecap, is 17" as big as it goes above the knee where the top strap is?

Hi S Smith, All of the EzyFit measurements are around the knee at the patella. Can it fit onto any knee like the left or right?

Most wrap braces will fit either knee, you'll just need to wrap it in a different direction. Once you center the opening on your kneecap, you can pull to tighten the bottom and then the top. Make sure to measure for the correct size, it makes all the difference in the fit.

is it ok for basketball
