I gifted this bag to my granddaughter’s birthday and she loved it. That’s all that mattered to me.

She didn’t like said it’s to small to use. Have it to her 2 year old brother. He threw it outside.

Like others have said, straps are incredibly short if you're considering this bag for anyone larger than a child or very petite adult. I'm 5'4", more bottom heavy, but my back is broad and I looked like I stole some kid's bag lol.If I could sew different straps myself, I probably would have kept it.

I’ve purchased tons of backpacks from Amazon and they all tend to be somewhat cheaply made, but this was made just right. My little one take this thing just about everywhere she goes thank you

I have had this for over 6 months and take it every time I go out! It has held up super well but it is kinda small on the straps but I'm skinny so it fits me well enough. I always get complimented on it and can't imagine having another bag!

This item was smaller than I imagined. Perhaps I did not notice if the size was listed.It is cute though and we kept it!
