Boots
They fit great!

Didn't fit
I usually have great luck with these boots and have ordered many pairs. I ordered the same size I usually do but they felt extremely tight, to the point of hurting. I don't know if they will break in, but I think next time I need to order one size bigger.

More for style, not work
My first opinion when they came in the mail today was that these boots are cheap. They look cheap and feel cheap. This is what I expected having only paid $32. They are not rigid like a work boot and are a very light "tan", (almost white). I play airsoft and they look good with my different sets of camo. They are roughly 8 inches tall and are actually pretty comfortable the first time I put them on. I didnt want an expensive boot because I'm only going to wear them once or twice a month so I hope they will hold up for that much. Conclusion: They look good with camo for all you airsofters/paintballers and they flimsy so it should be easy to run in them, but I do not believe they will hold up for moderate to heavy use such as work or hiking trips. Also they run a bit big. I wear a size 9.5 got a size 9 and they are still a little too big. Overall, they should work well for what I intend to do with them but not so much for anything outside of that. As we all know you get what you pay for.

Size issue
I wear a 9 1/2 and generally seek out wider options due to my wide flat foot. Taking the sizing reccomendations of stepping down 1/2 to 1 full size down i ordered the 9 Wide. I recieved a 9 Regular because of some listing glitch and I live overseas so return is not an option, however, I would say in my case it is pretty true to size. This might be due to the fit of regular width not the wide option. So overall I have a boot that is too short and too narrow and no option of return or exchange. Boot seems to be decent quality the stitching where the nylon meets the leather seems a bit chincy but it may hold just fine. Soaked them in water for an hour and will wear them dry to see if i can stretch some more room into them.12 hours later: boots dry and feel like house slippers. Debating the necessity of removing them before bed. West African golf shoes are ready for action.

Great boots, just don't last that long
These are great boots for hillside, awesome traction and good support they just don't last that long the soles wear out fairly quickly, but I would buy them again

Great combat boot
I had these boots for only three days of walking around our command- indoors. On the fourth day we all did a forced march for five miles including a portion of beach tracking. My feet felt great. Other guys were actually nursing blisters while wearing other, more expensive, brands. These boots came out of the box supple, they slip on and off easily, and with some aftermarket insoles, I would be able to trek across any terrain. They aren't moldied as cleanly as the other comparable brand, having a rough appearance around the sole edges, but that doesn't matter for the great price. These and another pair are going overseas with me.

Good training and knock around boots
These are good boots, they are light weight with a decent sole. Then again depending on branch of service and job you may not want these at all and opt for a better boot suited to mountain terrain and trails you have to scramble through loose stone, soils, and sands; if I were on active duty they would only last about 3-6 months.Great boots for training or knocking around in, if you have a standard ruck and are going to travel over 10 miles put some good insoles in with better arch support.
