Is usefull for shooting target to 25meters or 15 meters accuracy??; i need for glock 17 g4. many thanks.

I engage targets 3,7,15, and 25 yards with no issue in IDPA with an improvement over stock sights. The front blade has better visibility, precision, and faster acquisition for me than stock.

I didn't put lock tite on the screws on the rear site and one of them fell out and lost it, what are the size of set screws to replace it?

Sure those are 6-40x 1/8 screws, you can get them from Fastenal. Any screws on the slide should be locktited including the front sight screw.

Will these work on glock 42?

No not unless it specifically states that it is for the Glock model 42. The slides are cut at different sizes.
