PU Leather Swivel Office Chair

Problem with one out of two chairs. Otherwise, okay chair, perhaps a tad overpriced for the materials used.
I bought two of these for my home office. After a few short weeks, one of the chairs wouldn't lean back to a comfortable position. It either went too far back, or not back at all and sat uncomfortably erect. Resigned to deal with that problem, the next thing I know, there is a loud snap sound, and goodness me, the arm broke right in half below the padded area and close to the back area. I have notified the senders, and asked for a replacement arm piece to repair the chair. Just did that today and haven't heard back yet.

Bad Bad Bad
First off I should never have purchased a product like this before actually being able to see it and sit in it. But looks can be very deceiving as with this chair. I have had several office chairs over the years and this one is by far the worst ever. The seat and back rest are made from 1/2 in plywood and the fasteners are barely seated. The chair has a very bad flex to it and I know from my woodworking experience that it won't be long before it comes apart. The seat flexes with each movement and actually buckles ( I only weigh 175 lbs.). The front of the seat has a 4 inch overhang which just flops and is very annoying to the back of your legs. I would have sent it back had it not been for the fact I got rid of the carton and went on vacation plus I just hate the hassle of returning things, my problem but do yourself a favor think twice before you make the same mistake.

So expensive and yet crappy. Prior to that I had a chair
I've bought this chair over 1 1/2 years ago and the fake leather on the arms it's all cracked. The only reason the seat is not cracked is because I've had a pillow on it, otherwise, it would be all cracked as well. The seat adjustment stopped work few months after I bought it. They sent me a replacement, but again it only worked few months.I know this chair is no longer for sale, but just be aware of the chairs sold from VIVA OFFICE. So expensive and yet crappy.Prior to that I had a chair, from another company, I've paid $99.00 and lasted me for 5 years. This one didn't last more than year.

I really expected it to have more padding than it does. It is just about the same chair that I bought at Walmart at a cheaper price. I bought it to replace the Walmart one.

Almost 5 star!
The chair works and feels amazing. The reason for the 4 star is where you bolt the arm rest on did not line up properly. You can see that it is cocked just enough to where the bolt would not go in correctly. I was still able to get it in and bolted up - but had to use a smaller bolt AND had to use a socket Allen head wrench to get enough force on the bolt.

and I feel like the chair should have lasted longer than it did
Had the chair since mid Feb 2016 (it's August 7 2016) and the plastic right arm has split from where it connects to the back of the chair. I'm a 6'0'' 230lb male, and I feel like the chair should have lasted longer than it did. Very disappointed with the quality.

Best Office Chair I've Had
I owned my own business, so I've purchased my fair share of desk chairs. This is by far the best chair I've ever owned. The edge of the seat is padded, so that your legs are comfortable while you sit. The armrests are the right height so that you can keep your wrists in a neutral position while you type or use your mouse. This is probably the most important feature, because I've had several chairs that are otherwise comfortable but are hard on my wrists. This chair has the perfect height for its armrest. It is also very easy to assemble.

I'm not a heavy person (170 lbs), and I wish it had a little more cushion where your rear end is.
