Cipriani Food Extra Thin Egg Pasta, Tagliardi, 250 Gram (Pack of 2)

This pasta has been a favorite of ours for a very long time. For some time it has not been available in local stores but was so from Amazon providers. It was delivered on time and in the condition expected.

Seems expensive compared to store brands, but there is no comparison in quality. This pasta finishes like home made pasta and I love it with Pesto. Very delicate but will not fall apart while cooking. The best dried pasta I have ever cooked. Any style Cipriani pasta holds these high standards.

I could not have imagined that dry pasta could be so good - maybe even better than fresh. Just love it and plan to try other shapes.

I love this pasta. The one star is for packaging not product taste and quality. This order delivered with zero protection of the package. No cushioning whatsoever. It’s a very delicate product. Came broken in a million pieces. I can’t return. What a waste. I will order directly from cipriani next time.
