I love how the water tastes and looks so much cleaner instantly noticed a difference. No floating bits in the water or anything absolutely amazed. I didn't need a plumber to fit i done myself and saved some pennies. Was abit awkward and I didn't like the idea of getting my drill out under the sink. I wasn't keen on drilling through panels I can't see behind. I was preying not to find a copper pipe. I managed to install fully leak free and I've left it all open for the night to inspect throughout to see if any surprises come. So far so good took me 40 mins to install and I also got new cold tap as I didn't want to drink filtered water through the same old horrid tap you can see build up in. Used abit of the foam it came with in the box, to prevent a little cushion incase it's knocked. I hope to have a 12 month free of carrying and buying bottled water anymore. This will probably pay for itself in the long run amd provide me with much better healthier drinking option. Very pleased. Also comes with a stick on reminder button so it let's you know when to swap filter.

I have been using the Waterdrop filter since July 2025, and it has been working perfectly. The filter is still performing well, and the water tastes great. Previously, I was using a Britannia filter jug, but this purifier is far more efficient, cost-effective, and very simple to use. Installation took only a few minutes. I am using it as an under-sink filter, so even while washing dishes, the water passes through the filter, and it is still working fine without needing a replacement so far. I recently ordered an additional filter, but it did not fit. When I contacted customer service, the support was outstanding. Mr. Andrew, one of the customer service representatives, was a true gentleman who followed up almost every day until the issue was resolved. I really appreciate the service and highly recommend the Waterdrop filter.

Our water was undrinkable. It smelled of clorine so strongly it reminded of a swimming pool. It was super easy to install and now we can drink our tap water and it taste so good and no smell. No more buying bottled water!

I've been using jug filter systems for my water as my water really is grim tasting if it's not filtered, but when I store my jug in the fridge it takes on the flavour of berries etc and then isn't nice. Also it's hard for me to use as a spinal injury means I have problems holding heavy jugs and pouring them. I decided to buy a spray tap for my kitchen and figured i might as well fit a filter to the supply to solve my water jug problems. Not only do I now feel really thrilled that at 58 years old with not much feeling or strength in my hands I've managed to replace a tap and fit this filter to it, bit the water tastes great. Really great. Actually, it doesn't taste of anything, which is how I feel water should taste so I'm really delighted. When the time comes it will be really easy to change the filter too, thanks to it's twist and click design.

Awesome. The install is easy and straightforward with no plumbing experience. For anyone wondering - this filter works just fine on a well system. I see about 35-40psi, and this filter works fine with basically no perceptible reduction in flow. Mind you my well water is softened and pre-filtered. Water tastes amazing! Highly recommended
