Product quality is outstanding. Exceptional finish & quality of steel is very good. It's been a month since installation & there is water which keeps dropping in the entire piece. On wiping the shine returns & no rusting till now. One thing the company could improve upon is that the design in the center for drainage could be a few millimeters below the level of the dish itself so water can seep out more efficiently. Also the center holes for drainage can be smoothed inwards to that they don't feel rough when the soap is pulled out. Was skeptical ordering this as I generally use imported products but its great to find something 'Made in India' which is so detailed in finishing & in quality. Really happy with the product.

Reading at all the good reviews, I placed an ordered for 2 wall mounting soap boxes. Unfortunately, the supplier made a mistake & sent me one toilet tissue paper holder & one soap box - please see the pictures. Again, unfortunately, the return has to be both. Hence, I had no other option other than cancelling the order & asking for refund. Very disappointed as I lost lot of time & I cannot wait any more & returning back these 2 products.

It seems and feels like pure stainless steel with good finishing. Looks great when mounted in the bathroom. The installation is easy but do care of your wall's titles when drilling for the hole. And always make two holes in a vertical position, or check the holder before installing

The steel plate is thin. But overall very good. Easy to install.

installation is bit tiresome and it is also not sturdy since the mounting points are weak
