Askalitt School Backpack, 30 Liter, Black

At first, I was very hesitant to buy this bookbag due to it being very cheap and having several 5 star reviews with no other review in sight. However, after seeing that it has 2 compartments, 3 pockets and was bigger than nearly every other bag of the same carry limit, I decided to take the plunge. So far, I've had it for about 2 years, and it actually managed to withstand a ton of materials inside and frequent fall damage taken. I love that it was able to hold several folders, 1 large binder, a few notebooks, a large workbook, and a smaller workbook all within a single compartment. With all of that inside, I could still use the second compartment for a small binder, a dictionary/thesaurus, a small library book, a compact umbrella, a large pencil case, and a few snacks! The mesh on the back has never torn and provides a good amount of support up until you reach the carry limit. It also has adjustable straps, the zippers are very durable, and the side pockets are wide enough to hold a standard 500 ml water bottle in place. The front pocket is a bit wider than the side ones, and it is a lot deeper, almost as deep as the compartments. The ends of the shoulder straps tend to run long, so you might want to adjust them to prevent anyone from tripping over them, though.The only negative that I found was the bag's inability to handle spills. I occasionally kept a few small juice containers inside the front pocket, but the pressure from the books and fall drops caused them to explode inside one day. The bag was leaking everywhere and took a few days to dry after I washed it. Funny thing is, the bag was still in nearly perfect physical condition afterwards, but the smell never got out. Even so, the bag is a steal for this price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a heavy duty backpack. Just make sure to use the pockets on the side for all of your drinks instead of the inside pockets or the compartments!

Husband needed a backpack. He’s a trucker and has to shower in truckstoos and backpacks are easy to use. Lots of compartments for dirty clothes and clean clothes and even one for his flip flops.

Great bag. Great book bag for a child that is rough on book bags. This bag has lasted three years so far, worth the money.

Sturdy and nice looking. How long it lasts I don't know yet.

This bookbag is wonderful for my eighth grade son. The bookbag went through hell and back and still is in great condition.
