I like to be able to season my dishes adding salt as needed. This chicken base lets me do that and still have great flavor.I use this for anything where a chicken base is needed: soups, stew, gravy and sauces, etc. The flavor really makes a strong base and even adding herbs and other ingredients, the flavor is still there.It is a very convenient way to add a base flavor without using a powder form. It stores well in the refrigerator and the taste stays the same after opening.I know this will be a staple in my kitchen as the cooler months are coming and it will be time for more hearty food.

Ordered this and received shrimp base, I'd of used it instead but I don't eat seafood its like eating boogers. They quickly sent me the beef base that I ordered and didn't send me through the hassle of sending the other one back. This stuff is delicious and goes fantastic in soup. I love that it's low sodium (for a stock base). Thank you!

To drink as broth.

I use this veggie base for most of my recipes that call for broth. My husband and I are slowly eliminating meat from our diet so this base is a great way to add flavor to bean and other veggie dishes.
