NAR CAT Elastic Tourniquet Holder w/Molle Strap

Great quality, easily to weave into your MOLLE. It doesn't utilize velcro for the pouch-flap, which I found is a nice feature. It instead relies on the elastic-band that covers the top velcro tab of the CAT TQ, to also keep the flap shut.I'm diggin it, also made in the USA! (at least that's what the sewn-in tag says)
