Excellent for Morton's neuroma.
My walking was very painful and was diagnosed with Mortons neuroma. It got to the point where I couldn't function anymore. I was advised to buy some specialist insoles with the metatarsal bump. I got these ones, and a different pair, made of silicone, which are thicker, which makes them more difficult to put in shoes than these. These worked very well. The bump is very high up on these insoles, but it does spread the toes out a little, and really helps. I can now walk around again, and they helped reduce the swelling on my foot. They are quite slim, and easy to cut down, so they fit into nearly all my shoes. I just replaced the insole already in the shoe with these. They are a tiny bit slippy, even in bare feet, so it is easy to slide my painful foot into trainers with laces. My foot doesn't move around, because the heel cup keeps it in place. I definitely recommend them, and will get another pair when finances allow.

New lease of life for shoes. .... and feet.
These are fabulous. Have transformed several pairs of shoes from barely useable to very comfortable. I have morton's neuroma and generally very sensitve soles to my feet and the cushioning and comfort these provide are great. i hae a pair in my trainers which i wear almost constantly, and another pair which i use for any other shoes i put on - switching them around as needed. They're a little expensive, have so far lasted well, but the daily used ones are marking badly now, but still nice and comfortable at the moment.

does the job
Not cheap but certainly does the job well - worth the money. Needs cutting to size but otherwise instant relief

Size up
I didn’t and after contacting the company and following their advice on persevering with what felt a wrong position of the metatarsal pad ( it was positioned in my arch) the opportunity to return ran out. Good product just a poor experience

Finally, Pain Free :-)
I work for the NHS and I am required to wear safety boots. My shifts are twelve hours long and the only chance I get to sit down, is when I have my 45min break. The past few months, I have been having "Ball of Foot" pain in my right foot only, probably because it's my lead and predominant foot and possibly due to walking and standing on hard concrete surfaces. After having "Ball of Foot" pain and trying several insoles for my safety boots, including insoles from the same FootActive company as these insoles are and not receiving any relief whatsoever. I decided to try another product from FootActive and opted for these Metatarsalgia insoles. Yes, I was indecisive at first as nothing else worked and also, as I had to cut them down to size 10, I didn't want to waste £25 if they did not improve my condition. However, £25 was cheaper than going to a Podiatrist, which would have been my final resort. Received these insoles and instructions advise to wear for one hour on the first day and slowly increase the duration. I didn't have an hour as advised, as I inserted them into my boots and decided to wear them for my whole 12-hour shift. With hand on my heart, I can honestly state, that I did not have any pain at all in my right foot and even after removing my boots after my shift, my feet felt refreshed and not aching. So, it is with a huge Thank You to FootActive for manufacturing these particular insoles, that I am very confident in wearing these insoles again for my next and future shifts. I shall happily buy them again and recommend them to anyone who suffers with the same foot pain. Thank you for reading and please note, that this is a personal review and not a NHS endorsement/approval.

Didn't work for me
Didn't work for me and made matters worse as I ended up with a large blister on my small toe as it changes the position of your foort within your shoe. Can't send back as already trimmed to size, waste of money.
