Whatever you purchase from parts store order than the VW dealer will not fit. It cost about $14.00 at a VW dealership. That was where I finally had to go after I purchased 2 online that never fit.

I bought it for 2012 Jetta and what I received was not what I ordered and the seller called me and tried to make me remove my review. It is better if you just go to the VW dealer and purchase it. it's only about $14.00.
