Casio W94HF Series Digital Sport Watch 50M Water Resistant Electro-Luminescent Backlight 1/100 SEC Stopwatch Dual Time & Countdown Timer Daily Alarm Lightweight 3-Year Battery
The large, easy-to-read display found on the Casio Men's Sport Watch makes it an everyday favorite among athletes. Constructed with a strong resin case, the timepiece includes a brown resin bezel and a comfortable brown nylon wristband with an adjustable buckle clasp. A durable mineral window shields the digital-gray dial face, which prominently displays the time, along with day, date, and month. Start, split, mode, and adjust function buttons are located on the outer bezel, while a prominent light button rests at the six o'clock position. Powered by digital movement. Casio With the launch of its first watch in November 1974, Casio entered the wristwatch market at a time when the watch industry had just discovered digital technology. As a company with cutting-edge electronic technology developed for pocket calculators, Casio entered this field confident that it could develop timepieces that would lead the market. Today, Casio is focusing its efforts on solar-powered radio-controlled watches: the built-in solar battery eliminates the nuisance of replacing batteries, atomic timekeeping means the users never have to reset the time. Recently, Casio launched a series of Bluetooth watches that sync to the users cell phone to automatically update the time. Casio is always moving time forward. Great, lightweight
Great, lightweight, inexpensive watch. The batteries lasts a long time, since it is all digital. I love the band because it looks great and is very sturdy. It isn't heavy and clunky, and it feels great on your wrist. I used to buy watches with plastic bands, but they always cracked and broke. Most bands are either plastic or metal. They will lose or gain a few seconds per week. Twice, one of the short plastic watch arms that hold the bands in place broke off, and then it's time for a new watch. Why they broke was a mystery both times. I think I've been wearing this watch as my everyday watch for about the last 20 years, so that says something. Water resistant, so I wear it while swimming. It has all the features you'd want.

So confortable!
It is a lightweight watch, comfortable to wear in outdoors activities. It is also a sturdy watch, very resistant to mild scratches in the woods. Perhaps the watch's band is not as durable as the watch itself. About the functions: countdown timer is a breeze to set; enough volume for the alarm; dual time may be useful for someone and is good to have it; electroluminescence light is bright as it should.Overall, it is a good-outdoorsy-retroish-looking-watch. Recommended!

Very functional.
This is a very nice watch with many time keeping functions and good looking but the numbers are a little smaller than I like.

I love cheap Casio watches
I love cheap Casio watches; they work great, last just about forever and can take a lot of abuse. This watch is no different so the only real complaint I have about it is the day and date are so small even with good vision they're almost impossible to see. At certain angles they ARE impossible to see. They're are several other cheap Casio's in the same price range (less than $20.00) where the day & date are much, much easier to read.

I like the looks of this watch
I like the watches, the only negative is that they were shipped on a huge paper bag, too big for the order, and being there too loose, the watches boxes arrived in very bad condition. Also, the idea of a paper bag is to save weight and use less material, but in this case a smaller box would have been more effective in reducing material while also being far more protective.

Near-Perfect Casual Digitial Watch
I really, really like the Casio W94HF-3AV watch. The one I'm reviewing here is a replacement for the exact same model/style that I have worn for over seven or so years. It has a lot of positive attributes. It's easy to read, the light button is big and conveniently placed, and it has many of the basic functions you'd expect. Based on the previous one, the battery lasts for years. The styling is "sporty" enough without being over-designed and over-sized like a lot of other digital watches for men. The brown and olive colors blend in with almost any non-formal attire. Best of all, the band is very comfortable. If there's a weak spot, it's the lens -- it can scratch too easily, unfortunately. If you do a lot of rough outdoor work, I'd recommend that you look for something else.

Nice watch, laughably small band
Nice watch; tiny band. I'm not Popeye, but I can just barely get it on my wrist. If this helps anyone, I laid the watch flat: the distance from the extreme tip of the buckle to the tip of the free end of the band it is 9 1/2 inches. Another inch or even half inch would have made it much more comfortable. I selected this model because it wasn't huge and it had all the functions I wanted, but they seemed to make the band proportionally smaller. As it stands, it's probably not a problem for a kid or adolescent, but I'll be replacing the band.UPDATE: Here are the dimensions of the band. The buckle side is 68 mm (about 2 5/8 inches) from pin to buckle, exclusive of the buckle; the side of the band with the holes in it is 121mm (about 4 3/4 inches) and the last hole in the band is about 25mm (1 inch) from the end of the band. From looking around the internet it looks like that's close to a fairly standard size, but with a small watch it does make a net small circumference.
