Gardner's Art through the Ages: The Western Perspective, Volume I

Great book, but the MindTap app is not included though the product description and extensive publisher promotional materials on the page seem to indicate that it is. Buy elsewhere and be sure you are getting the app, as many of the photos in this book are reduced to the point of uselessness and you'll need the app to see them.

If you hate yourself and want to suffer, this is the textbook for you. It is rich in details and pictures though.

I needed this textbook for class and as I got near the back of the book, I noticed that after page 428, the book jumps straight to 445- 460, then 429-444, and finally 461-end. I bought this book new and I’m extremely disappointed because it was a bit costly. I feel like this shouldn’t have been an issue for the price I paid. There are also ink stains from when it was printed on random pages that I know I didn’t cause. I’m still going to use the book, it appears to be complete and I couldn’t find any other sections out of order (as of yet). I would have refunded the order but I already started to write in it so I guess it’ll just have to work. Overall I’m rating this product a three because other than the issues noted, it came in decent condition and in a timely manner.

This book was fantastic. It was remarkably cheaper than the college course I paid for that required it AND it provided far more material than the actual course did. It was an easy read (I am an art history major however) and I would genuinely consider purchasing it because it contains some marginalized content in the art history community.

This was supposed to have an access code with it so I could access MindTap as well. It did not come with it. Don't be fooled by all that you read in the discription. I thought it was a complete set, especially for the price I paid. I started my class yesterday and I am disappointed with this purchase.

It’s a good book. All pages completed. The corners are noticeable that it’s been used. But overall it’s clean. I had to return it since I picked the wrong textbook I needed volume 2

I received the rental textbook today. The book itself is in good condition. Very lightly used- no marks or damage to the pages.The later portion of the glossary is missing between pages 444-461. This may be a manufacturing error because it looks like it was just bound that way.

Just what I needed for my History of Art class.
