These are so small and perfect. Sometimes when you order vitamins they come and you just can’t...the thought of swallowing it is beyond reasonable but you suck it up and do it. This let me tell you is small and very pearly and easily swallowable. The package came wrapped and sealed so it felt safe to take. I’ve taken hair skin nails vitamins for women for a long time but never tried this brand. I’m happy so far.

I just started using this product and so far I like it. I don’t know if it’s going to make my hair grow or make my face look younger but, I like it so far because it doesn’t cause stomach problems. I take it at night and like I said I just started it so I’ll see what happens. The ingredients are just what I need.

The supplement contains Biotin, vitamin B complex, vitamin C and other vitamins and minerals to support healthy hair, skin and nail growth. I have been taking it for a few weeks and noticed Improvement in my hair thickness and nail strength.
