Badia Everything Mushroom, 3.5 oz – Savory Umami Blend

I try to buy low sodium seasoning and this sounded interesting. It's tasty, so far I have been putting it on everything I can. I grinded up one bottle to a fine powder and use another bottle of this as is. This gives me options when cooking. So far I tried it on a steak that I put in a pressure cooker and on eggs and potatoes. You really could add this to a lot of dishes. It's great to have as a low sodium option to season and add flavor. I bought 8 bottles on my first purchase of this and I'm not disappointed. The price is great for the size of this. MY INITIAL 5 STARS HAVE DROPPED TO 2 STARS: Update 6/13/25: I just got 4 bottles and have 6 more coming; but what the heck is going on? All 4 bottles of seasoning that I just got are now dark colored. The mushrooms and the ingredients are very dark in color. The taste definitely isn't the same and the powdered ingredients are now a caramel color and the mushrooms are now a very dark brown. It just totally killed this great tasting seasoning and I sure hope this was a bad batch and not the new norm! I'm very disappointed is this new batch that I just got and I sure hope the other 6 bottles that are coming aren't dark too! Update 11/15/25: PRODUCT IS BACK TO 5 STARS! I purchased another 6 pack and the color of the seasoning is still darker in color, but the taste is back to delicious again!!! Hooray, I'm so happy because this seasoning seasons absolutely everything and makes it delicious and is low in sodium.

Recently tried this seasoning for the first time: WOW! Delicious, low sodium, instant umami. Even my daughter, who doesn't like mushrooms, has been using this stuff on eggs and in ramen. At this rate, I will need to order multiple containers next time. Badia, you've done it again.

Love love love the flavor and how versatile it is. I used it daily cooking and it made each dish taste different and delicious. I used it on fish, rice, potatoes and vegetables I also added it to my beans while they were cooking and so flavorful. I gave it a 5 star rating for the taste and flavor but my only negative opinion is that I wish it came in a bigger bottle.

This is a wonderful seasoning. One of my go-to's. However, it will need to wait a while before I replace it ... when I purchased it in January 2026, it was $5.99 .... and now, in July 2026, it is $14+ ... I used to love shopping Amazon because I could find good and fair prices. The pricing is no longer a good deal for this product. It has doubled plus a few dollars seems like a bad business practice. And it has NOTHING to do with recent recalls 1) mushrooms weren't mentioned and 2) dried mushrooms would be a different thing ... Reasons I liked this product originally - mushroom flavor - lowER sodium, but ONLY if you watch your use! Hopefully the price comes back down. For now, I'll find a DIY version.
