I am taking the supliments from Forcapil and i can see massive improvements for the shampoo and supliments.The only con,i'd say is that it makes my hair a bit greasy after 2 days,but i can accept that,as long that my hair doesn't fall that much

I use the shampoo but I also take oral the tablets anti chute,folic acid and biotin…ur hair will grow faster,stronger..I am natural dark brown but I am blond from roots to ends so u can imagine my hair is damaging no matter what.Since I use this combination indeed I saw results and from what I heard ur hair will be much healtier…U need to do this treatment at least 3 months but u see results after 1 month
