Great for crispy chicken
Bought this potato starch to make battered chicken extra crispy and it does an amazing job! Best potato starch I have bought so far and for the price of 1kg it’s a no brainer

Great for souse thickening
Love the potato starch , to thicken gravy for a beautiful souse. The colour is beautiful and does not make the milky.

I needed Potato Starch for a gluten-free bread recipe. I ordered this and hey presto - it arrived the next day. The gluten-free bread recipe was a disaster - but not because of this product! Great as a thickener and to coat and assist crispy things get more crispy - chicken, chips etc!

Better than corn flour
No longer use cobra flour, a lot better , especially for Asia dishes. Resealable bag, keeps it fresh

Good value large pack but not suitable for coeliacs as the product has a may contain gluten warning on the back which is a shame.
