Very smart
Very easy to install. Fitted the old slot perfectly stainless steel looks very smart.

Reasonable quality - relatively easy to fit to replace an old 80mm diameter socket
Easy to install, however the pull up and down mechanism isn't the smoothest (however the fact there is no separate 'lock' to hold it in place is welcome as it does hold itself up once retracted).The actual top material is a plastic coated in chrome/silver which feels a bit cheap, also this is not suitable for a kitchen counter as there is no rubber gasket to provide any IP protection (fortunately the one I replaced already had a gasket I could use).

Disappointed after a few uses.
After second time using USB point it sunk back into the unit. This part of the plug socket is now unusable.
