This worked great for a plug in for my portable solar panels. Good quality came with necessary screws. Seals well when installed properly.

I needed to wire up my dump trailer to keep the battery charged since it is stored in a field and away from an AC outlet. Drilled the hole with a step bit, just shy of 7/8ths. drilled pilot holes for the screws, then used some better self tapping screws to hold it down. I also put some silicone sealant/glue to make sure it was completely waterproof around the holes. Looks like it came with the trailer! Now to wire up the charge controller and we'll be off to the races!

These nothing wrong with the quality but the cable is really short. My batteries are under my step in my class A motorhome. I needed to add 1 foot of cable to reach the batteries. Yes I should of paid more attention to the description. My bad of course. This is just a heads up to future possible purchasers. Measure the distance to the batteries before buying this.

It is exactly what I needed but just not able to use because of the distorted area.Just want another one that’s flat.
