Idk how many people actually have 24-28mm nipples but I'm so glad I found a company that makes flanges for people my size! I'm finally experiencing pain free pumping. My nipples aren't getting sucked into the end of the flange. My only complaint is that I wish it was one complete flange and that you didn't need to get the connector. It's annoying to have to clean so many dang parts every time I pump. I need to buy this again for extras.

These work so much better than the inserts. I got them for my Spectra and they work great

I like the variety of sizes the company has to offer. It's not as easy finding a size if you're less than a 21mm flange. However, the quality does not seem to be as good as medela parts (even though the price is about the same as medela parts.) I have several maymom sets of flanges and they all were scratched up after the first wash (before I even had the chance to use them.) They dont feel as sturdy as medela flanges either. They do come with a little brush to clean the inside (if you bought one of the smallest sets) which was convenient.

Flanges arrived opened and USED!! I purchased 13mm flanges that have a divot on the backside and had milk buildup in them, scratches in the tunnels, and water spots on them. Packaging was ripped open and taped together previously and still sent out of the shipment center. Personal care products that come in contact with a blood derived products should not be resold. 🤢
