Sweet Sweat Skin Cream, 13.5 Ounce

This stuff is really awesome. I didn't really get it for increased fat loss but I do believe it helps in this department. I'm already really lean but it seems to be helping a tad. The thing I love about this is that I put it on the muscles that I'm about to train, and I warm up MUCH quicker. I feel it working and when I'm done with my workout, I'm drenched in sweat. Also, I become extremely vascular on the area that I apply it on, which tells you a significant amount about the efficacy with this product. I do believe it helps increase thermogenesis in the area that you have it on, which will ultimately lead to fat loss. BUT the main reason I use it, is to warm up quicker and prevent injuries. Don't expect miracles. This will only assist with an already focused and consistent diet/training program. Side note, it's extremely hard to get off. Use a towel to wipe it off, then shower. I also have tried the coconut smell and that really smells horrible. It smells like, well, sweat. The original formula smells more like coconut in my opinion, and has a better overall smell.

Delivery was excellent! I bought this product back in the late 80's and early 90's and it helped me sweat more while walking and also when did aerobics. I had problems burning/losing weight from my waist on down to my thighs. Anyway when I incorporated Sweet Sweat cream to my regime workouts I saw results within 3 weeks,meaning I lost several pounds (4 lbs a week) and it help shed those inches I was trying to lose. Now I am in my late 40's and I have to say Sweet Sweat cream still works. I use it now when I getting ready to do my 5 miles daily walks, and I sweat. I like that because now I want to lose the inches and also release some toxins out of my system. Please note that I drink a least 32 ounces of water a day or more. I bought the stick from the VitaminShoppe for $19.99 and it didn't last that long, but it made me sweat like crazy!!! I also noticed that it gives you a tingling feeling while working out to let you know it's working. I took the advice of someone that use to be a Star Athlete and made myself a sauna shirt with a trash bag, so I wear that under two shirts and a sauna belt and my waist and stomach are dwindling away. To add; I also eat a low carb regimen most of the week in order to get the best results and I drink lots of water every day (10-12) to be exact. Because this product works so great, I've purched the 13.5 oz. jar from Amazon and I can't wait until I receive it, so I can continue to lose the belly fat.

This stuff works wonders. So a couple things ◾️It goes on easy but the take off can be vigorous. Usually I have to bathe 2-3 times more to get It off but I don’t mind ◾️ There’s no smell and if so a light some type ◾️Do not leave anywhere that has the potential to get hot because it will melt into a oil(once it cools it will go back solid but still you know) Hopefully those tips helped. I love it! It aids in breaking a sweat while looking good at it!!

I'm not sure what to say about this stuff. I bought it because it was supposed to help with your workout. Pros: Smells like candles Makes you sweat easy to apply Cons: messy May cause you to gain weight if you do not get hot enough to "melt" the wax must use VERY hot water to get off your hands Makes your skin feel waxy after showering Must keep very cool or you might end up with liquid when you open it. I think this would be better if it was thicker and in a stick form that made for easy application. It also would be better if they told you that you mist sweat a lot in order to get the best results.

YEAH IT'S MESSY BUT UM, SO IS SWEATING!! DUH! THAT SEEMS TO BE THE GENERAL COMPLAINT BUT I TOTALLY GET IT. IT'S MESSY, ACTUALLY IT COULD KIND OF GET EVERYWHERE BUT IT WORKS. IT HASN'T REALLY MADE ME SWEAT A TON BUT IT HAS ME SWEATING MORE THAN A REGULAR INSANITY WORKOUT. THE SMELL IS PLEASANT SO THATS A PLUS, BECAUSE GUYS, I MEAN CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG, IF WE STILL SMELL LIKE IRISH SPRING AFTER A WORKOUT, IT WASN'T REALLY A WORKOUT. I USE IT WITH AN EVERLAST STOMACH WRAP (ANY NEOPRENE WRAP WILL DO) AND THAT HELPS. I'VE ALREADY WASHED A LOAD OF WORKOUT CLOTHES I USED WHILE ON SWEET SWEAT AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE CLOTHES STAINING. SHIPPING WAS LIGHTNING FAST! I MIGHT TRY THE SWEET SWEAT STICK TO SEE IF THE MESS FACTOR IS MINIMIZED BUT OVERALL I'M A HAPPY SWEATY CAMPER. **** TIP**** THIS PRODUCT DOES LEAVE A WATER RESISTANT COATING ON THE HANDS AND IS HARD TO RUB OFF EASILY WITH JUST REGULAR SOAP AND WATER SO I USE DEGREASING DISH SOAP. YOU PROBABLY ALREADY HAVE IT IN YOUR HOMES SO I'M SURE IT WON'T BE MUCH OF A PROBLEM GETTING A HOLD OF A BOTTLE. UNLESS OF COURSE YOUR HANDS ARE COVERED IN SWEET SWEAT, THEN IT'S LIKE CATCHING A GREASED PIG.

I purchased this product along with the sweet sweat waist trimmer. I love using sweet sweat however the waist trimmer is not a fave of mine. This stuff truly works. Now you can't just slap some on and lose inches you have to really work out and get the sweet sweat flowing. Using this product I was losing inches off of my waist every week. I love using this with the McDavid waist trimmer once you work out and take that off you can see all the sweat. The more you sweat the more you lose. I stopped using it for a while with the holidays passing I was not really eating right and not excersing as I should have been and have gained what I lost but it is a new year and I will continue to use my sweet sweat and will definetely order as soon as it gets low, because I loved the results I was seeing. Just basics on me I am not athletic built, I am a female 29 years old with extra baggage I am trying to lose, I was 219.8 when I started using this product. I worked out on elliptical 40 min a day 6 days a weeks and also other workouts for 5-10 min using apps from my phone. I tracked everything I ate and had a cheat day a week. I was down to 204 and this was within a 3 week time span, I know I was losing inches because every week my fiance would measure me and the weight was falling off!! I looked better could see the difference in my midsection and that is my most troublesome area.
