I should've gotten 1 size larger. The XL is too short for my liking but will work if you are mainly upright without bending over.

Size
The media could not be loaded. This runs very small and tight.. deceiving based in just the tag size. I'm usually a large in all my shirts. Barely anything larger and if so an XL. This item runs very small . I'm 5'11 and weight about 212 pounds. I hope this helps others struggling with which size to pick. I'd go with a XL next time.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift. I had previously purchased a different brand and was not able to locate. They are very comfortable and true to fit and firm. I would recommend this purchase.

Terrible; save your time and money
I bought these and they were horrible in all aspects. Sizing is way off and the shirts are just uncomfortable. Material is cheap and feels flimsy. Avoid these at all costs.Would give no stars if possible.

Fit
The thing about this product though its hard to put on based on its material it is a great fit and I love that there is marking on the clothes indicating where the spine should be to get support. I can't wait to use it when working out. This is much better than a compression shirt
