Very tasty and fresh flavor!
Excellent quinoa! I prepared it both as a cold salad with diced veggies and warm with fresh cilantro and spinach. I prefer the red quinoa as it has a firmer consistency. Will be ordering more soon!

Very old grain. Does not cook properly. But that's what I get for ordering food from Amazon. It's alright for soup in the hands of a good cook, I guess. Poor value.
