If you follow the directions and treat the pans before the first use, you don’t need to use much if any oil at all while cooking. And nothing sticks. There’s a little hourglass in the pan that shows you when it’s hot enough and ready to add food to cook. They cook evenly and thoroughly. Clean up is a breeze… You only use the soft sponge to wipe clean with soap and water… never the scratchy side. (Only on the bottom if need be). These are the best pans I have, and I hope to get more of them, different types !! I highly recommend these…
