I’d love being able to black out my name and address off of packages I receive — these do not disappoint and it takes forever to use one up — as long as you remember to put the lid back on! I’d recommend them and I’d buy them again

I was blown away at the easy single-pass opaqueness this stamp offers. I’ve got a couple, more expensive “push down” stamps like this from office supply stores and I have to use them multiple times to get any obscurity of the targeted information.With this one, you twist off the cap, place the roller over what you want to cover, then just roll it over. One pass normally does it. Maybe in time the ink will weaken but for now it’s super impressive. It’s a little less expensive than the ones at the office supply stores, and smaller, which are nice things. The twist off cap can be annoying but I can see it as a positive if traveling with this

The only thing that I saw that I was very not happy with is not having refills, but other than that it was a really good item

Great product. Second time purchasing these. Wish they lasted longer or could be refilled. Does a good job with security. Saves a lot of shredding.

The product is good, works as it's suppose to, blacking out confidential information. But the rollers in this 3-piece package were smaller than a single bought from the same company.

If you're like me, I shred everything with my name on it. I received this little gem as a gift and was skeptical. I use this every day. It is so much easier than creating a shredding pile and shredding. I just roll this over whatever I want to prevent someone from seeing. Takes a few seconds! I will add there are certain mailers that are plastic, and it does not cover properly. The time this little inker saves me is tremendous! I have given as gifts since I love it so much.

This product is well made, but I have 2 negative issues with it. First, here are 3 quotes from the instructions sheet and the box:"... may not hold up to strong solvents...""Do not re-ink the ink roller.""160 feet long (approx.)"I tried using solvents to see if I could remove the dried protective ink, and yes, I found one common solvent that can remove it from labels such as prescription drug bottles and shipping labels, leaving the information vulnerable. (That is the primary reason I bought this: items that wouldn't fit into a shredder.) For regular paper though, I could not defeat the protection with solvent because the ink soaked into the paper better.Secondly, I was disappointed with no method of re-inking the stamp. It says it may run out after only 160 feet, then you have to buy a new one. Averaging a 3 inch long application to hide information in 2 different places on a page, you might have to replace this after just 320 sheets of paper. In comparison, I think many people would object if a paper shredder came with a notice that you would have to buy a new one after only 1000 pages.These two facts leave me disappointed. Since this is a security issue, I'm going to stick with shredding instead.

These are easy to use and work as expected!

This is the only anti-theft ink roller that I could find which works on glossy paper; it also works on matt paper. It is also the only one that manages to hide name and address details on Amazon labels. So far, i am very happy with the results.

I had a hell of a time trying to black out glossy medication labels with a permanent felt marker. It took forever and it didn't really work and a simple swipe with your finger would remove the ink. This little Identity Theft Prevention Roller works great and you only need one swipe to remove any identifying information from your medication bottles so you can recycle them with peace of mind. Your nosy neighbours will curse you and say "damn foiled again!" if they try to snoop your trash. It's a small little roller that is easy to grip and works good for envelopes and random papers that have your name and address on it. It's a great way to recycle more things and is super cheap too! I just got it and have used it a hundred times already. It's still got lots of ink, but I wonder how long it will last. I'll make sure to pop back in a few weeks / months and post about the longevity of the roller. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition with minimal packaging. It can be stored anywhere because of it's small size and nice shape. It also doesn't leak or make a mess.
