Decent starter AIP book
I have only tried 2 recipes so far but feel the ingredients are easy to find and simple enough. The cereal hearts were good but gummy and didn’t cook through no matter how long I had them in the oven, but the avocado no gurt is amazing. I am sure there will be hits and misses but it is a good simple intro to AIP cooking without a lot of expensive ingredients

Great soup receipes
Am enjoying this book. If I can only get away from making soups! So easy, delicious and quick. I am not big on meat but love soups and vegetables. Glad I gave it s try.

This book is the best cookbook I have ever bought, everything I have made from it has been amazing so far. I have complete confidence that all the receipes will be good. I would recommend this book for anyone who has a sensitive stomach. The receipes are very easy to follow and most everything u will already have in your pantry.

It’s more of a healthy diet cookbook
I bought the cookbook for my dad and I like a good amount of the recipes in it. He really likes a lot of the recipes to and he highly recommends it for people who want a very healthy diet
