Amazon Brand Coffee Table, 85 x 85 x 44 cm, Natural Oiled Wild Oak

I had seen this table over a year ago on Amazon and liked the style and size but it was just too expensive at over £400. By chance I came across it again last week and was shocked by the price, now under £100. A couple of reviews put me off a little but I decided to give it a go.It came a few days after ordering and consists of two boxes, the base and the table top. It simply required 4 allen key headed screws to be inserted before it was fully assembled.Im extremely pleased with the item. Its excellent quality and very solid. The finish is an oiled finish and I think I might apply a clear, matt varnish in time to give it more protection.Highly recommended.

This is a lovely table, solid oak but modern in style. I bought it at a reduced price so well worth the money and it fits in really well in my lounge. The delivery was also very quick so all in all very pleased with my purchase.

Poor quality production plus delivery damage. Had two tables delivered but sent them both back. With the first one the fixing holes in the base did not all align with those in the top, meaning could only secure with 2 our of 4 bolts. Also, base was bowed meaning it rocked.Second table had dented top from poor handling/packaging and chipped draw front which is a manufacturing problem I think.At 45kg this is a heavy item to have to repeatedly unpack and repack!
