I've love the taste-- it must be from the coconut. It seems like a decent value. I don't get any embarrassing side-effects from eating it. If it makes me live a little longer, that will be a nice bonus!

This blend is perfect for smoothies and puddings and that’s exactly how we use it. Has a nice, nutty flavor without being too overpowering. Definitely added to our staples list

I enjoy this in smoothies, on top of yogurt, mixed in granola, cereal, oatmeal. It’s got a mild nutty flavor with tremendous health benefit. And the price point is perfect for what you get! 10/10

Tastes great with protein smoothie that I make every morning. It blends well. Good value for amount that you do get for a little over $5. The one caveat is the resealable bag which is far from resealable. There are resealable bags that are difficult to reseal, but probable, and then there's this bag. Be sure to have a air-tight container ready to transfer this into storage.

I like that I get flax, chia, hemp ground super seeds plus coconut in one bag its easier to use instead of getting out four different container. wish it came in a bigger bag though. You can mix this in baking cold or hot cereal or smoothies etc.

As the title said this is the best addition I've made to my daily smoothie!! It added a great flavor and for the first time in a very long time I'm actually going to the bathroom regularly as well! ( I know tmi but it's a very important part of what makes this blend so effing great!!) I have told everyone and anyone willing to listen to at the very least try it and my closest friend went and bought some for herself and loves it too!!

Great product! I have tried many blends from different companies, this is the Best Quality by far. I have a sensitive stomach and have been using Nutiva for several weeks now, it is the first that doesn't have any negative effects what so ever. I have tried multiple brands and none compare to the quality of this product. This is so easy on the stomach, perfect product for those of us that need that extra fiber.

This is great for adding a natural supplement to my cereal in the mornings. It does have a slightly different taste to my cereal but I’ve gotten used to it as it has so many more benefits that outweigh it! For the price it’s worth it!
