TimexMen's Expedition Digital CAT 39mm Watch

No frills or unnecessary features; this watch does have an excellent Indiglo backlight feature. Other features include alarm and stopwatch. I do find the leather/material band particularly comfortable and durable compared to metal or plastic (resin). Have a good time!

I can't remember where I first came upon this watch but it is perfect for me and whenever the battery finally runs out or I lose it I buy a new one.I don't need an expensive, designer watch for everyday use. We do not dress formally at work and to be honest a really fancy watch would be out of place. I'd also be afraid of scratching it or losing it.What I need is something that tells the time. A stopwatch and alarm are also useful. This watch has all of that and is very affordable. It's cheaper to buy a new one when the battery runs down (which takes a long time, well over a year at least) than to replace the battery. It's also pretty durable. It's been banged and dropped regularly and has never quit.

Has all the bells and whistles I need. Like the set timer that I can’t fine from other watches.

Timex watches are good for the price.

I purchased a Timex Men's Expedition watch on 24 Nov 23 and in less than 5 months; the watch is resetting itself to 01 Jan 2016 every time I put it on. It seems the watch resets with the most simple movement or vibration. UNSATISFACTORY for a digital watch to say the least!! I've contacted TIMEX for repair or replacement and was sent "Repair Instructions" via email.Summary: I was told by TIMEX, the repair work is done overseas and would take 2-3 months just to send the watch to the Philippines.... and also.... the repair fees are dependent on the type of repair and whether the watch is in or out of warranty. Once repair fees have been determined, the repair turnaround time is an ADDITIONAL 2-4 weeks after repair payment is made. In my case..... even though still under warranty, I would have to pay a shipping and handling fee and the whole process would take 4 - 5 months at a minimum!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??My advice..... NEVER BUY A TIMEX PRODUCT.... The quality of their watches and the Customer Service of this company have seriously degraded. DONT WASTE YOU MONEY OR TIME on any TIMEX product. It's hit or miss whether it will work or not. DO NOT expect quality customer service if you have a problem. You will be very disappointed, if fact OUTRAGED to say the least!!

I have used the timex like this for about 30 yrs. I think I am going on my 4th of this model. They last about 6 to 8 yrs and sometimes I replace the band due to wear. I only had 1 that had some issues after a year or 2, but I worked around it and it is a spare. Great price, very rugged, very light and small. I use it for sports and for all of my water activity- open water swimming, surf, sup, kayak, snorkeling. I plan to get a few more of this model and use for the next 20 yrs. Rob.

Great product at a good price. I had bought the exact same watch a number of years ago and was pleased with it and it still works but the band is wearing out so I bought a new one. I would recommend this watch to anyone looking for a good lasting product.
