The rope is fantastic, you'll need wire cutters to trim it down to length, leave about 2 inches of slack just in case as well, DO NOT USE ON HARD FLOORS. ALWAYS USE ON A MAT OR SOFT GROUND. the speed you achieve on this rope is insane it's perfect for my burgeoning CrossFit journey as I was finally able to do a double under. Hopefully can take it into sequence rather than doing one and having to reset but the rope is well worth the investment. More expensive than the ones on Amazon but I've tried the ones on Amazon and they're either trash or break way too easily. This is the one. The low reviews are simply people buying this and using it on a hard floor which will cause the plastic coating on the rope to shred but the manufacturer clearly tells you where not to use it.

Nice, but for the price would have expected the weights to come with it.

Great quality jump rope! the cable lenght is adjustable and handles are very well designed and don't slip in my hands.

Honestly didn't think I'd find a better rope than my current one, I had zero faults in it. Tried loads others and none were better. Then tried one of these by chance, absolute game changer, they lock in your hand perfectly with zero movement. Best out there by far currently 👌🏻
