Authentic..just like in Indian villages
I grew up in a village and I have seen jaggery making procedure from cane juice. This is the semi solid phase when juice is continuously cooked. Dark in color , texture and aroma exactly the same as we used to have as children. This is a very good and authentic product, albeit little expensive. But undoubtedly excellent substitute for white sugar and better than chemically deodorizer jaggery we get in the super market

Poor quality jaggery which went bad within two days
Very poor quality. And has started to go sour within two days of receiving. In spite of keeping in the fridge.
