Great Faucet
Delivery was incredibly fast! I ordered it on Monday afternoon and it was at my door the next morning - way to go Amazon!!! I've only had it installed a coupledays so my review will need to be limited to that: Installation - very quick and easy, the most difficult part was removing the old faucet. I had read the reviews about the white insert in the quick-connect for the hose. I did try to pull on it lightly, it doesn't come out easily. Also, the instructions now say it shouldn't be removed. The hose for the cold side was also labeled. Overall installation took less than an hour for the faucet. I really liked . the way it clamps the faucet in place using two screws in a plate pushing against a large washer. My installation was tight underneath and the washer didn't seat flush against the bottom of the sink but I was able to line up the screws and adjust them independently which resulted in a very firm installation. Operation - The hose slides easily and the nozzle operation is flawless. The shut off button is very convenient when moving the faucet. Toggling between spray/normal is done with a plastic button on the back. The button locks in position so there is no need to hold it for spray operation. The spray is not circular - it spreads out in a line which is nice for cleaning dishes but can make it wide at the bottom resulting in spray bouncing back out of the sink. Not an issue - just thought I'd share. I believe I have better pressure now. Looks - I installed in a single hole installation (it does come with a plate for triple hole) through granite. The faucet looks very nice and adds a great touch to our recently updated kitchen. First impression is that this is a quality product that I expect to last for years.

Great build quality and no problems in first year of service
After writing a review for the Kohler K-780-VS Cruette Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet, Vibrant Stainless Steel that I received through the Vine program, I realized that I never wrote a review for this Bellera faucet that I purchased last year for my laundry sink. The following paragraph about my experience with a Delta pull-out sprayer kitchen faucet is copied from the Vine review I wrote, as it is pertinent to this product as well: Personal experience with a Delta pull-out-sprayer faucet has taught me the value of a well-built faucet. The Delta was purchased from a local home improvement store several years ago, and I vowed to never purchase a faucet designed that way again. Its major problem (aside from the cheap finish and materials) is that the mounting system relied on a large hex nut squeezing a u-shaped bracket against the countertop. Getting a wrench in there that can grab that hex nut, with all the other items that are typically part of such a faucet as well as the supply and drain lines that are under a sink, is a challenge. A standard faucet wrench won't fit, and neither will the Ridgid faucet installation tool from Home Depot (I tried both). Only a Channel-lock pliers and a standard pliers will fit, and you will only be able to get less than a quarter turn before bumping into obstacles, making it frustrating to install. Doing it once isn't so bad, but then after a few months, the faucet would loosen up and I would have to re-tighten that hex nut. Most likely because I wasn't able to really crank down on that nut to get it set for good. After 5 or 6 trips under the sink over the course of a year, I finally got good enough at it, or I just got frustrated enough that I applied the right force, it stayed put. When it came time to install a new faucet for a laundry sink last year, I stayed away from the cheap models and went for a Kohler faucet. I chose the Bellera because it looked pretty good in the photos and it would be easy to clean if I spattered paint onto it while cleaning up and could be controlled even with my hands full of paint or something. One of the great things I noticed while looking at the installation directions on Kohler's web site, was that the hex nut/bracket combo from the Delta was done much better by Kohler by using an O-shaped collar with two tightening screws. The build quality was also incredible. It was installed by a plumber, so I didn't have a chance to do any of the work myself, but he had it in very quickly, and in almost a year, the faucet has worked flawlessly. I like the polished chrome finish, and the build quality makes you feel like you have a sturdy fixture instead of something that might break if you handle it wrong. The pull-out sprayer works great for cleaning out the sink and the adjustable spray pattern is nice to have. I don't use the pause button, but it's there if you have use for it. When you put the spray head back into the gooseneck arm, it goes in with a satisfying click and it doesn't want to come out like the Delta spray head does. Amazon had a much lower price than any other online or retail store (this particular model was hard to find at local stores, as it seems Kohler has products they hold back from discount stores). We could have purchased it from our contractor's plumbing supplier, but it would have been $100 more than the price we paid here. I was concerned about warranty coverage, so I called Kohler, and they said that as long as Amazon was the seller (and not some third party), they would honor the warranty with no issue. It makes no sense to save a few dollars to get the headache of a poor installation and/or a less durable product in the long run. There may be other fine products out there, but I'm very happy with this faucet and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another when the time comes.

Kohler is the unicorn of customer service!
This company is amazing. I don’t write reviews often, and I’m a typical human in that I’m more likely to take the time to write one for a bad experience than I am for a good one (I’m going to be better about that!). But at this point these folks really deserve glowing feedback from us so here it is. We have had this faucet since Jan 2016, and it’s been fantastic—works great, looks great, installed it ourselves without special skills or tools. In that time it’s been used multiple times per day and we use all of its features regularly, thus it has had two parts wear out. The faucet head switch from flood to shower stopped working—simply required painlessly screwing on a new head—and today the hose sprung a leak when in pull-down mode. Both times it’s taken an incredibly seamless 3 minute phone call to Kohler to have new parts sent, completely free of charge. Nearly 6 years in on this product they don’t even charge shipping for replacement parts. The representatives have known my name when they pick up the phone, they know what faucet I have, they know where to ship parts, they probably know my zodiac sign. I didn’t think this ease/quality of customer service existed anymore, total breath of fresh air. Thanks Kohler! PS—it also feels pretty great to have an actually-functioning lifetime warranty that keeps our still-beautiful 6-yr-old faucet current, and out of the landfill. Our experience has been buy quality, consume/waste much less. Appreciate how you do things Kohler!

Great Faucet!
This Kohler faucet was an easy install. Even though the directions were very basic. It was very simple to install. I do have experience with installung various faucets in my life so far, so it was not to bad. I wll review this as simplistic as I can. The item arrived on time and was well packaged as I would expect from a Kholer product. The faucet is well made solid metal, and very heavy. It made me very happy because the last Glacier faucet was a plastic, piece of, well you know what, hence I purchased this Kohler faucet. As for the install, when you firsr see all the water lines you may think they all will not fit in your single sink faucet hole, but no sweat there and it comes with a cover plate. The two water line connections are as all connections simple. As for the wand main hose line connection it may stump you at first, but don't let it worry you. It comes in two pieces to allow you to slide in the wand weight. As for connecting both pieces, it's really just a push in connection however, don't be a Gorilla and shove it in hard. Just push it firmly enough until you feel it click in and its done. The directions show a poor depiction of the connection process, however if you pay attention to the diagram it shows the lines meeting fully and one diagram not meeting fully. Hope this makes sense. If it begins to leak at that connection, push it in further until you feel it click. Its what happened to me because I was very gentle connecting it at first, because of another review I had read. The faucet operates great. Smooth movements. Wamd pulls up fully, just adjust the weight properly and make sure the drain pipes and disposal pipes do not up struck the wand line movement. The water stop button is also a great feature, makes stopping the water while cleaning pots less messy. High spout also great for pot clearence. Spray and stream features work great with my water pressure. I guess it all depends on your water pressure too. If you have nickle or brushed stainless steel fixtures in your kitchen this is the faucet you want to match them. Hope this helps you all out.

Beautiful and functional - with update 7-28-17
This replaced a 6 year old Moen low arc pull out faucet that I liked but my husband didn't because it was too low (also, the pull out plastic piece broke almost immediately so it was never tight when not pulled out). When an undersink connection sprung a leak on the Moen I looked at replacements that would satisfy both of us. This more than meets our expectations. We both love the height and the full swivel. I love the magnet that keeps the head tight when not pulled out. The sweep spray is very powerful. It was also a very easy installation - it was twice as hard, and took over twice as long, to disconnect and remove the old faucet - the new one was installed just a few minutes. The Amazon price was amazing. Highly recommend this faucet. Update 7-28-17. I have taken off one star. In the time since I purchased this we have had to replace the spray nozzle due to a large drip from the spray section when it was on the single stream setting. And just this week we replaced the pull out hose because of a very large leak from the gasket of the rotating ball socket that connects to the spray nozzle. This last project was difficult because we couldn't separate the quick connect without lifting the entire faucet above the counter top. We couldn't get the required grasp on that connection to separate it when working on your back, inside a cabinet, and behind the sink. Our well water is extremely hard, so I surmise that the minerals in our water have led to these problems, but I expected it to be more durable. It still looks great and I do love how it works.

Not bad--
Got 10 good years from my Delta 470 model, and despite their lifetime warranty, none of the parts they sent me were able to stop it from leaking under the handle, so that was the end of that. Too bad, I liked that faucet. Decided to try Kohler for a change. This faucet was very easy to install, with no surprises. I can't say I'm a fan of the pre-attached supply hoses--I hope they last. I would rather install my own stainless steel lines. I installed it with the on/off lever to the left which is the way I think it's supposed to go. With this orientation, the lever in the full down position (toward you) would have the temperature full hot. I didn't think this was a good idea, so I reversed what they said was the cold water supply line to the hot one. It looks funny if you have that lever all the way pushed back to leave it in the position to get cold water. The way this faucet works is the lever goes side to side for volume, and front to back for temperature. My valve is a little sticky when turning on and off, not smooth travel like every other faucet I've had. Maybe it will relax with some use or I will just get used to it. With the solid stream of water, I don't find it to have a splashing issue. With the spray, I think you have to expect that it's going to splash some. I love the pull down feature, making it very easy to rinse out the sink and fill pots. The head does not seem to go back into the body without a little help, but seats in easily. ** I take that back, it retracts just fine. I had to separate the hoses a little bit under the sink so it would slide freely.** Overall I think I will be happy with this faucet. It has enough good features to make it a practical choice. 6/13/17- Had to update my review of this faucet and unfortunately it is not good. The chrome Bellera I bought is still performing extremely well. I purchased another one in stainless steel to install in my other condo. Started leaking from the handle in less than six months. Asked Koehler to fix under warranty and they sent another cartridge. Leaked just the same inside a month. Returned that one and bought another of the same model to replace it. The new SS Bellera is leaking in exactly the same place, in two months! No way should it need a new cartridge in that short of time. I'm pretty handy so I inspected inside the faucet where the cartridge seats and looked for debris, etc that would cause the cartridge to leak but didn't see anything that could be the cause. I'm starting to think that there is a manufacturing defect in the SS version of this faucet. Two faucets leaking under the handle with only a few months of usage? Not good. I will not be installing another of these faucets.

Good Quality Faucet with nice features
We have had a single handle Moen faucet in our kitchen sink for 4 years. The faucet had an attractive look to it but every year it would develop a leak. I would replace the 22 dollar cartridge and it would work fine for a year and bingo... the leak would come back. After reading several online reviews, we decided on the Kohler K-560 to replace the Moen. The faucet was an easy install with everything you need. In a single hole application, you simply drop the faucet in, screw on the base ring and tighten the two set screws with a long screwdriver. Most sinks are deep and thus from the under side you will need a long Phillips Screw Driver. The hoses are applied finger tight and the pull out faucet hose has a simply one-click design to attach it to the faucet. Really, the set up couldn't be much easier. I took about 10 minutes to install the faucet because I wanted to make sure I did every step only once. The faucet is easy to operate and very smooth. The head pulls out slowly and with a nice feel to the weighted return. The sprayer head has the two settings and a temporary hold button as well. The only thing that could be a problem for others is that the handle is on the right side of the faucet and really shouldn't be swapped around. If you flip it the other way, the hot side will be pulled toward you and the cold pushed away. If you are not stuck with a left hand operation, you are in great shape. I'll update this review after a year of service as that is the longest I ever got from my prior Moen and well.. Lets see how the Kohler holds up.

High quality and great looking kitchen faucet!
I've never really done any sink work before, but our previous facuet (some no-name discontinued item from another brand) would slowly shut every time you turned the faucet on, so I thought I'd give replacing it a shot! This Kohler was very easy to install - I have a single hole mount for the sink (not the 3 one). I didn't use the metal stand that came with the unit. The only area I had some slight difficulty was connecting the black faucet hose to the main water socket that the hot and cold water join up in. Testing for leaks shot water everywhere briefly, but I tried jamming it in again and sure enough it slid a tiny bit further in and now is leak free! The look of this faucet is great - it looks very high quality and professional quality. I really like the spray option on the nozzle/end. Instead of having a circular spray - it has a more condensed spray in sort of a wide line. It gives the faucet a little extra power for washing dishing or whatever you are doing. I would absolutely recommend this faucet! It's easy to do yourself. I don't think you'd need any extra parts unless your current faucet has something special/abnormal. I used only a screwdriver, adjustable wrench and scissors, otherwise everything else was included.
