Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour, 25 Pound

If you are frying any foods, this flour works great. There is no need to add any seasoning unless you want some hot seasoning. It goes great with fried chicken, seafood (mix with corn meal), okra, steak fingers, pork chops,... You can't go wrong! Buy it in bulk, put it in Ziploc bags, and put it in the freezer until you need it.

I've been using this stuff for years and my entire family loves it. My mom used to use Kentucky Kernal and so did my grandmother, and I'm keeping the tradition going. I recently had company over and fried up some beer battered mushrooms and everyone loved them. A friend ended up buying a 25lb box of Kentucky Kernal for herself after eating the fried mushrooms. This stuff is addictive!

Excellect breading, but a little too salty. I add additional flour to the mix as needed.
