Product description A beautiful skinny style of Prosecco with a low sugar level of 8 grams per litre. It is also Vegan friendly and gluten free. It is a Prosecco DOC made by an artisan, real family winery (rather than a mass-produced Prosecco made in a commercial factory) in the premium Prosecco region of Valdobbiadene in Veneto, Northern Italy. Wonderfully aromatic and fruity, with hints of pear, apple and floral notes. The well-balanced and not too high acidity gives freshness to this delightful, fine low sugar Prosecco As this Ca'Salina Prosecco is lightly sparkling, it has a lower rate of duty( vs fully sparkling) which contributes to the lower price. It also means it is not allowed by the Prosecco rules to have a mushroom cork. Frizzante styles can have screw caps, crown caps or standard corks (those that you need a corkscrew to open). Ca'Salina's Prosecco Frizzante has a crown cap (like on beer). It may seem a little unusual, but once you are used to it you will find it easier to open and just perfectly fine. It is not a poor quality wine, it just has a different closure. It is still a high quality, fine Prosecco from the premium Prosecco region of Valdobbiadene region. A great Prosecco find if you discover it which we hope you will enjoy. The 8g sugar/litre equates to approximately 68 calories per 100ml glass Ingredients Sugar, alcohol, water, yeast P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); Directions Best served chilled at 6 degrees.
