These are really great, there are only two parts to each shell so they are really easy to clean. The design is smooth and flat so they are easy to wear out and about without it being noticeable. They collect a fair amount of milk and are very comfortable. The only downside is they are held in place by your bra, there is no suction at all. This means you have to wear a bra with them and can’t use them lying down.

These are great, collect milk well and don’t leak everywhere.

Bought these to catch excess milk from the opposite side when breastfeeding. Had previously been collecting into a little bottle meaning I had no hands free and was being distracted from my baby. These are comfortable and work well slipped into a nursing bra. Capacity has been enough for me and I’ve been able to forget about them and focus on my baby. They are not fool proof and will leak if too full or you lean over too far but as long as you’re conscious of that, I think they are ideal.

They do the job and definitely save a lot of milk from being wasted but I found over time using them they made my nipples sore as it would dig in from where my nipple would sit so now I don’t use them anymore and have gone back to using breast pads 😊

I am 9 days post-partum with my first baby and I didn’t know that breasts would leak so much! Breast pads were getting soaked too quickly and my midwife suggested I got ‘nipple shells’. There are so many on Amazon and so many conflicting reviews with some people saying how great they are and others finding flaws. However I came across these Elvie ones (which I knew was a good brand) and noticed there were a lot of good reviews. I thought I’d give it a go. These literally arrived this morning and I’m already writing a review saying how great they are! They are a hard shell on the outside with a soft silicone inside that sits against the breast with a hole for the nipple. There isn’t any suction, they just sit in your bra and collect the milk. So as long as your bras is fitted, they slot in nicely and don’t move about. It’s also a great rest for my nipples as breast pads were getting soggy and also sore from rubbing. They are also a nice shape and you can’t tell you have them in your bra at all! 100% worth getting and I feel like a new woman already as not having soggy bras and tops. Hope this helps those who are searching like I was.

Fantastic product! Great passive milk collectors (no suction). I recommend these to every new mom! They are comfortable to wear and are very discreet. Mine have never leaked.

Great milk collectors! They are not too bulky and in my opinion they are very discreet under tighter clothing. Though they would probably look weird with larger breasts. Very comfortable, no leaks when bending over, and easy to clean.

My doctor recommended the hakaa one, but I decided to do my research and I read a detailed positive review here so decided to get the elvie and I’m so glad I did! Super easy to use and finally done with leaking the whole time and having to change my clothes 10x a day lol, not really noticeable under the bra and you definitely don’t feel them

Très bon produit, j’aime beaucoup la colorette en silicone qui permet un placement optimal qui ne bouge pas. il ne se voit pas dans le soutien-gorge. le petit plus: la boîte design où on a l’impression d’acheter un petit bijou, une manière de se faire plaisir avec l’allaitement. Je recommande!

Facili da usare e di ottima fattura. Li uso per raccogliere le perdite dal lato opposto rispetto a dove si attacca il mio bimbo e mi permette di non sporcarmi ma anche di raccogliere il latte per futuri utilizzi!
