Terrific hard of hearing clock
It's a wonderful clock for people who are hard of hearing. Definitely a great item . Donna Estess I would recommend it.

Returned, as we could get the alarm to sound. Tried 6 or 7 times. I did not call customer service but had read the directions well.

Super easy to use though
This is an okay clock. It mostly does what it say it does. It does occaisionly do a random alarm at a time you did not set the clock but that may be my own unit malfunctioning. Super easy to use though. I don't "love" this clock but I don't "hate" it either.PS: I am deaf so I need a good strong vibration that I can count.on.
