You never go wrong with Greek products. This salt comes from their nutrient rich sea

Is Saltier a thing? This is what Greeks use. We don’t question it. It is a little more coarse than table salt. It goes on everything. From eggs to steaks and cakes. It is cheaper at my local store, but it was easier to have it delivered.

I wanted to switch from pure sea salt to iodized sea salt to ensure I got some iodine in my diet. This salt tastes great, but is let down by poor packaging. Previous to buying this salt I had used the large cylinder of Baileen salt, which I enjoyed quite a bit. The packaging here is very soft plastic that doesn't hold its form with a small opening to shake or pour salt out. The product itself (the salt) is excellent, but the packaging is lackluster. 4/5*

I really like this salt because it has iodine in it. After years of using Himalayan and other sea salts, I realized that I was deficient in iodine. I like this brand. It works well, and I am feeling better.

It’s exactly what it says. It is large grain salt.

It has iodine which so many of us are lacking in our diets due to the high use of Himalayan salt. Iodine deficiency occurs when the body doesn't get enough iodine, a mineral needed to produce thyroid hormones. Symptoms include: Swollen thyroid glands. Weight gain, fatigue, and weakness. I have these and have been using Himalayan salt for years so I’m hoping this salt will help me.
